CLEVELAND -- The second two of four individuals charged in the federal corruption probe in Cuyahoga County appeared in U.S. District Court Thursday morning. Former county engineer's office chief of staff Daniel P. Gallagher pleaded guilty to eight counts, including bribery, conspiracy and filing untrue income tax returns, while Brian Schuman pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy.
